About Us

The Law Offices of Wilson & Wilson were established in 1983 by James T. Wilson, now deceased, and his son, William S. Wilson. Both graduated from Northwestern University School of Law in the classes of 1949 and 1983, respectively.
Bill Wilson has practiced for over 30 years. He and his staff of lawyers concentrate in the areas of Estate Planning, Elder Law, Estate Planning for persons with disabilities, Probate and advising profit/non-profit corporations. All of our attorneys and staff members feel a profound obligation to serve their clients through professional and committed legal representation.

Mr. William S. Wilson

Bill Wilson has practiced law for over 30 years, concentrating in the areas of Elder Law, Estate Planning, Medicaid Planning and Estate Planning for Families that have Children with Disabilities. Bill is past President of Aging Care Connections Board, a not-for-profit agency in LaGrange that services the needs of the older adult. He is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Bill Wilson received his B.A. in history at the University of Texas at Austin, with high honors, and graduated from Northwestern School of Law. He continues to present seminars on Elder Law, Estate Planning, Asset Protection and Special Needs Planning throughout the LaGrange area. He has also written several articles on these topics and has been quoted in US News and World Report and in 2011 and 2012 was named one of Chicago?s Top Wealth Managers as listed in Chicago Magazine.
