• Competition is Healthy!

Competition exists in every field ... from the traditionally thought of ball parks and fields to business board rooms to marathons. It's healthy and pushes you to be your best. Competition leads to innovation. It improves customer service. It shakes off complacency. And, it educates you about your competitors whether they are wearing a suit, a uniform or a race bib. Running next to an "opponent" allows you to push yourself, to do your best and to set (and reach!) new goals. When you are running for a good cause that helps others, this is even better.

This past weekend, we exhibited at the WSCCI and Amita's Regional Health, Wellness and Safety Family held at the Max in McCook. We were able to talk to close to 400 residents and families about the benefits of running with a purpose. We'd like to invite you to come out and join us at Chicago’s Fastest 5K ever. ALL proceeds
from the race will be donated to United Way of Metro-Chicago.The Willow Springs Micro Dash will be held on Saturday, September 30th  at 9:30 AM.
