Business Welcome Program
The Chamber seeks to make all new members of our business community feel welcome in our region. We want to make them aware of the products and services provided by Chamber businesses and organizations and to let them know about other community resources. One way that we strive to acheive this goal is by throwing quarterly New Member Welcome Breakfasts. These breakfasts are great ways to meet new members and give them an opportunity to tell other members about themselves and their businesses.

Resident Welcome Program
Throughout the year we send welcome packets to new residents of the West Suburban region. Area information packets, including a Chamber-produced Community Resource Directory and area map, are mailed to new residents that request them.

Economic Development Program
Various events, training sessions, promotional activities, and publications are scheduled throughout the year to improve our ability to retain existing firms and attract new businesses and industry into our region.

Annual Awards Dinner
This annual event recognizes those individuals who have made significant contributions of their time and talents to the community. In addition, Chamber members, their businesses and organizations, and youth within our communities are feted.
The Chamber's Annual Awards Dinner is a highlight of the year. There are many ways you can become involved through sponsorships. Please contact us and see how your business or organization can benefit.
Annual Welcome Breakfast for New Teachers & New Administrators
The Annual Welcome Breakfast, put on by the Chamber's Business Education Committee, is held to recognize our new teachers and new administrators at our area schools. This is an excellent opportunity for our members to show their support for education and their recognition of the important role these new staff members will play in the development of our future work force. Many Chamber members willingly make a decision to cover the cost of breakfast for one or more of the teachers and administrators. In addition, Chamber businesses and organizations donate items for distribution in special "welcome bags" that are provided to each teacher.
There are many sponsorship levels. You may choose to be one of the very special presenting sponsors that are affectionately referred to as "Teacher Pets." Please contact us (708-387-7550) and see what type of sponsorship would be best for you.
Legislative Breakfasts
Four breakfast meetings are scheduled each year for our members who like to get a jump on the competition and learn about the political climate on the national, state and local level. Each session provides an excellent opportunity to develop leads, introduce yourself and your business to fellow members, and find out what's happening in the region.

Holiday Luncheon & Annual Meeting
An annual event, the holiday luncheon is one of the Chamber's biggest affairs, bringing members together to close out the Chamber year, highlight accomplishments, install new officers and directors, outline plans for the coming year, and thank members for their support.
As you might imagine, this is a very fun and lively luncheon. It is one of the best attended activities at the Chamber - thus giving all sponsors maximum recognition.

Legislative Forums
Meetings with our state, federal, and local legislators are held each year. This format allows time for discussion and for you to develop a clearer understanding of the issues affecting area businesses and the community.

Municipal Leaders Breakfast Meeting
The Chamber hosts an annual meeting for representatives of each of the eight municipalities within the West Suburban region. This program provides an opportunity for area municipal and Chamber leaders to remain informed on projects and activities throughout the region which impact the business community and area residents.
